Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fasanime account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
